Google Streetview coming to Ireland

This entry is part 23 of 34 in the Issue [1] 01

Apparently Google [2] Streetview is coming to the main Irish cities of Cork, Dublin, Limerick, Galway and Waterford in mid-March 2009. The survey will take less than a year to complete and besides being used for whatever Google [3] want, the resulting street frontage records will be an important historic record. This information has come from [4] Adrian Weckler’s reporting of an announcement by Google Ireland.
